Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bullpinfunding.com (the "Site") or submitting an application or message through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who We Are and What We Do

BullPin Funding ("BullPin," "we," "us," "our") helps business owners access commercial financing products, including Merchant Cash Advances and related products, by evaluating applications and connecting qualified businesses with funding partners. Our services are offered exclusively for commercial and business purposes — not for personal, family, or household use — and are not consumer credit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you're applying for in order to submit an application through this Site. By submitting an application, you represent that both of these are true.

Electronic Signature and Communications Consent

By completing and submitting our application form, you agree to transact with us electronically and you consent, under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law (including the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act), to sign and submit your application electronically and to receive communications from us electronically, including by phone, text, and email, regarding your application.

Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you submit — including your business's EIN, your SSN, bank statements, and any other document or data — is true, complete, and accurate, and that you have the right to submit it. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in denial of your application, termination of any resulting agreement, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Sharing With Funding Partners

By submitting an application, you authorize BullPin to share the information and documents you provide — including your SSN, EIN, and bank statements — with the funding partners, lenders, underwriters, and service providers we work with, for the purpose of evaluating and funding your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a specific offer, or any particular rate, factor, or term. Approval, pricing, and funding amounts are determined by the funding partner underwriting your application and can change based on information obtained during underwriting. BullPin charges no application fee; any fees associated with a funding offer are disclosed by the funder before you accept.

Prohibited Uses

• Submitting an application on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or stolen identity or financial information.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Site's normal operation.
• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and the BullPin name and logo, is owned by BullPin Funding or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullPin Funding and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or submission of an application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
