BullPin Funding ("BullPin," "we," "us," or "our") helps business owners access commercial financing, including Merchant Cash Advances and related products. This policy explains what information we collect through bullpinfunding.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and how we protect it. This Site and our services are for business purposes only and are not directed at consumers seeking personal, family, or household credit.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through our forms:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, and your message.
• Application form: business legal name, owner/applicant name, phone number, email address, requested funding amount, and estimated monthly revenue.
• Underwriting identifiers: your business's Employer Identification Number (EIN) and the owner/applicant's Social Security Number (SSN), collected solely to verify identity and run credit checks as part of evaluating your application.
• Financial documents: bank statements (PDF) you upload, typically your most recent 3–4 months, used to underwrite your application.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy to describe what's collected and why.

How We Use Your Information

How We Share Your Information

We share application and underwriting information, including your SSN, EIN, and bank statements, with the funding partners, lenders, and underwriters we work with in order to obtain and present you with a funding offer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our email and office software provider), who are only permitted to use it to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Data Security

Information submitted through our forms is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. We limit access to application data, including SSNs and EINs, to personnel who need it to process your application. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, consistent with our obligations as a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule.

Data Retention

We retain application information, including SSNs, EINs, and bank statements, for as long as reasonably necessary to process your application, service any resulting funding relationship, and meet our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, and in no event longer than seven (7) years after your application or the end of any resulting funding relationship, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses, under state privacy laws (for example, California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in other states). Note that information we're required to retain for legal, underwriting, or recordkeeping purposes may not be deletable on request.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
